Gurman has always been a creator, and has had an interest in setting up business units since the start of his career. Prior to launching Media iQ, Gurman set-up the online ad network, A&NY Media, for the large publishing group Associated Northcliffe Media. From when he joined in 2007 till present, the A&NY Media network was a major catalyst in positioning associated as the most advanced online UK publisher, boasting a robust technology infrastructure and a highly impressive client retention rate. Prior to A&NY Media, Gurman worked for Pan Euro Ad network Adlink Internet Media, setting up a new performance division just 6 months after joining. It was here that his reputation for endless energy and passion for the online advertising space grew, excelling particularly in areas of technology, analysis and optimisation.

Lee has over a decade of online experience and has held senior management positions at advertising networks in the UK typically involving creation and set-up of new divisions within established operations. Joining VC Media early 2000 Lee helped the US newly launched performance network rapidly scale it's European presence followed by in 2003, creation of a performance network within Adlink Internet Media which quickly established itself as a market leading solution. In 2007 Lee launched the Unanimis performance network, the success of which, played an integral role in the Company's subsequent sale to France Telecom in 2009.

Lee is widely recognised for his experience, expertise and passion when it comes to the display network model. In 2010, Lee co-founded Media iQ, with Gurman Hundal to bring analysis and insight to the forefront of the UK digital industry. He has an in-depth understanding of the market and since inception has been instrumental in building a strong team to drive revenues. A numbers man, he leads the Media iQ team from the front, with an authority that can only be gained through great respect. Dedicated to constantly maintaining Media iQ as a market leading business he has contributed significantly in building Media iQ’s analysis and optimisation business, and enabled it to increase sales, retain its clients and grow its business year on year.

Richard Dunmall is the Chief Revenue Officer and a board member at Media iQ. He has over 16 years of experience in the communications and advertising industries across the globe. Richard spent the last two and a half years with Bauer Media, where he spearheaded the integration of the business’ print, broadcast and digital assets into a single advertising operation.

Prior to his time at Bauer Media he held various roles across the media industry including global advertising sales chief at Microsoft Advertising. He started his career in 2001 as Sales Director for Adlink, and went on to join Naked Communications, where he was responsible for running the global communications organisation as the Global CEO.

Paul sits right at the intersection of technology, marketing, product and business. He is the Chief Operating Officer and a board member of Media iQ.

Paul is well known throughout the industry as a thought leader, someone who is able to see the bigger, transformational trends taking shape to someone equally adept at operating at the most granular level. Paul has been responsible for creating a global roadmap for taking to market new products that differentiate Media iQ’s offering in the cluttered programmatic space. He is also instrumental in developing Media iQ’s marketing roadmap to highlight and extend our global value proposition beyond performance trading. His has been a commendable journey in a short period of time.

Stewart is an advisor to the boards of several companies operating in the fields of media communications, data analytics, technology and mobile communications. He is Chairman of Media iQ, the leading global analytics technology and programmatic media specialist. He holds advisory roles with the video and animation production marketplace, Wooshii, mobile brand advertising experts, Widespace, and the world's leading social music business, Instrumental. He is also part of the management team that has recently launched a content marketing specialist business, Content Inc.

Prior to this, Stewart was in the Publicis Groupe for 17 years in a number of senior management roles. In 2008, Stewart became CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group UK; managing the UK Group Board, the operations of the two UK agency businesses Starcom and MediaVest, alongside the International Hub run from its London office. After five years as CEO, Stewart moved into the role of Executive Director of Digital Development for Starcom MediaVest Europe, focusing on growth and innovation across SMG’s key European markets.

Richard has been involved in the internet sales arena since its inception. He was a founder and partner of NMMS, the first private UK sales house, which he subsequently sold to AdLINK. He worked as MD for AdLINK for four years overseeing its purchase and integration of DoubleClick media. He launched a pan European performance arm for AdLINK before operating as a consultant.

Recently he worked for BlueLithium assisting with their European launch and as MD overseeing their integration into Yahoo.

Stuart Smith ACMA joined Media iQ in August 2015, and manages all financial and business affairs of the group. He has over 20 years of experience in media as a finance professional, including having extensive knowledge in Film, Television, Radio and Digital content.

After working for five years at Working Title Films, he helped transform World Television as Finance Director. He was pivotal in turning the the loss making company to profit, thereby listing the the company on AIM via a reverse takeover.

Following this, he joined Saffron Digital as Finance Director, stabilising and refocusing the group to a successful path before it secured VC funding. The company was subsequently sold to HTC for $50m in 2010.

Stuart moved on to become the the first Finance Director of Somethin’ Else where he oversaw the company’s return to profitability, while managing the commercial and business affairs of the company along with overlooking all financial and IT operations.
