With a plethora of choices, an abundance of information online, and an array of financial products at their disposal, consumers are becoming more aware of financial management and planning. It’s prudent that brands align their marketing strategies and digital ad campaigns to reach these well-informed consumers who have niche interests and characteristics.

In order to find, segment and target these consumers, it’s essential for brands to answer the ‘’Who, when and what’’ of the audience agenda. Who are the ideal audiences for my product or service? When are they looking for it? i.e. peak browsing times. What keywords are they searching for? On what devices are they converting? Tracing the user journey, while trying to find these answers will help agencies and advertisers make their strategies far more compelling and effective.
